These terms apply when you buy prints or photo products from a photographer's gallery hosted on ShootCal Galleries. They are written for you, the buyer. You are ordering from the photographer (the studio named at checkout), not from ShootCal. The photographer's own agreement with ShootCal is in the Terms of Service.
The studio named at checkout is the seller of your order. It sets the prices, receives your payment, and is your contact for every question about the order: changes, delivery, problems, refunds. Prints are produced and shipped by a professional lab, WHCC (White House Custom Colour), in the United States, on the studio's behalf. Payments are processed by Stripe.
ShootCal Galleries is the software platform the studio uses to show you its photos, take your order, and pass it to the lab. ShootCal is not the seller, does not set the prices, does not produce or ship the prints, and is not a party to your purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShootCal has no responsibility or liability for your order, including its pricing, quality, delivery, refunds, or any dispute about it; those are between you and the studio. If you have a problem, contact the studio. ShootCal may, at its discretion, help the studio and the lab coordinate a fix, but that does not make it responsible for the order.
After payment, the studio has a short review window before the order is released to the lab. After that, most orders arrive in about 3 to 6 business days (prints and cards) or 5 to 9 business days (wall art). These are estimates, not guarantees; lab and carrier delays can happen. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
Need to change an address, crop, product, or quantity, or cancel? Contact the studio right away using the email shown at checkout and in your receipt. Before the lab accepts the order, the studio can usually change or cancel it for a full refund. Once the lab has accepted the order it is in custom production and generally cannot be changed, canceled, or returned.
If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, contact the studio promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. The studio will work with the lab on a reprint or refund where the lab confirms a manufacturing or shipping problem. Because prints are custom-made to your order, they cannot otherwise be returned or exchanged, for example for a change of mind, a crop you chose, or normal screen-to-print color differences.
If something is wrong with your order, please contact the studio first. Most issues are resolved quickly with a reprint or a refund. Starting a card dispute before contacting the studio can delay a resolution.
The name, email address, phone number, and shipping address you enter are used to fulfill and support this order and are shared with Stripe and the lab only as needed to process payment and ship it. Your phone number is used only for delivery questions. Your browser may remember your cart and address so a later order is faster; that stays on your device until you clear the site's data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The price, shipping, tax, seller identity, and purchase notice shown immediately before payment are part of your order with the studio. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, and nothing here creates any obligation of ShootCal to you. These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA. Use of ShootCal Galleries itself is governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
For anything about your order, contact the studio (the email is shown at checkout and in your receipt); ShootCal cannot change, cancel, refund, or reship an order for you. For questions about the platform or this page only, email support@shootcal.com.
